In our 28 years of experience, it is our relationships that drive our business and not forcing our customers to keep using us because of proprietary equipment.

We understand that when an issue arises, time is of the essence. That is why we strive to respond to service calls as soon as possible. We are typically able to respond to service calls within four hours within the greater Edmonton area, and same day outside of it. For security and surveillance issues, we first try to resolve the problem remotely, at no charge to our customers, before deploying our team.
